New single ‘Life Goes On’ out now

Our new single ‘Life goes on’ is an indie rock/pop track infused with soulful vocals. It’s about ending a long-term relationship and the sorrow of trying to be pulled back when the feelings are not mutual; of being somewhat stranded, but also about moving on. The song combines melodic guitar solos with soulful vocals and a feature bass that drives the track.

“Life goes on’ is based on a personal story of ending long-term relationships. There’s a time in between when a relationship ends and a new one starts, where you feel stranded in your emotions. It can produce mixed feelings of sorrow but also a desire to break free and move forward without regret.

While there’s a groovy bass that drives the song, ultimately, it tells the story of loss and sorrow through emotional vocal lines that are raw and soulful, culminating in a sense of release and freedom at the end.” Rebecca Voorn-Knight.

Recorded, mixed and produced at Audiofunk by Benjamin Knight, and mastered at Studios 301 by Ben Feggans, ‘Life goes on’ is the first track from the forthcoming album ‘Endings’; a companion album to the ‘Beginnings’ EP. ‘Endings’ is due for release in 2027. ‘Life Goes On’ is out now across digital platforms and Bandcamp.
